Hey there! I'm Kel
​- a business owner, coach, and mentor, passionate about helping women become their most authentic selves and create lives they truly love.
​
I understand the journey because I've lived it. As a Director at Deloitte, I was on track to make Partner, but despite my success, I felt empty and unfulfilled. I worked late hours, derived my entire identity from my job, and eventually experienced anxiety attacks at work – my body's way of saying "Enough!"
This wake-up call, and other life events, led me on a transformative journey of self-discovery. Through meditation, coaching, therapy, books, and deep inner work, I took the time to rediscover who I was and who I wanted to become.
I no longer wanted to play small and I decided to go all in on life.

In my mid-thirties, I made a bold move of transitioning from my corporate career to pursue my true calling. I attended a highly reputable coach training company; got accredited with the International Coaching Federation and launched my coaching business – and I've never felt more alive and passionate about the work that I do.

​Now, my life is full of adventure, fun, excitement, and I have never felt more connected to myself and in love with life. I am proud of the woman I am and excited for the woman I am becoming.
